Where History Comes Alive
Pioneer Acres is excited to be hosting the Out West Truck Fest for two full days again this year. Last year there were over 600 trucks of all makes and models, as well as a large number of vendors of custom truck equipment and accessories. Oh, and food trucks too!
Admission to the show for one day is $15 or $20 for the weekend. Kids 12 and under are free. Saturday: 11:00 am to 5:00 pm, Sunday: 10:00 am to 3:00 pm with awards given out at 2:00 pm.
Admission is only for the truck show. The museum will not be open for regular hours or tours, although some exhibits may be available during the weekend. We will be back to our regular operations on Monday, July 7.
In an effort to outdo the Spring Tractor Pull, our Summer Tractor Pull is a full two-day event. Double your fun.
Alberta's Pioneer Steam Power Festival
With a half-dozen steam traction engines, our 2026 Annual Show will be the event of the summer! Virtually every piece of equipment that we have will be running. Many outside exhibitors also bring displays, equipment, crafts, and much more.
The writings of two of our local historians are available right here. Shelly and Bob have written dozens of stories that you can access from this site. Check them out!
